Terms of Service

Ball IQ is a collection of free, daily sports guessing games — including NFL IQ, NBA IQ, and MLB IQ. The games are provided for entertainment purposes only.

Ball IQ is not a sportsbook, gambling service, or real-money game. We do not accept, place, or facilitate wagers of any kind. Any in-game points, credits, badges, or rankings have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything of value.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ball IQ. Some features require an account, which is managed through our authentication provider. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others or create accounts to evade restrictions or manipulate leaderboards.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play or scrape the site;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on our servers or other players' experience;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the games or our content;
• Use Ball IQ for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

The Ball IQ name, logo, game designs, software, and original content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use Ball IQ for your own non-commercial enjoyment.

Team names, player names, statistics, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. Ball IQ is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, NBA, MLB, or any team, league, or player.

Our games rely on sports data aggregated from third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantee that statistics, scores, or game results are complete, current, or error-free. Game availability and rules may change at any time.

Ball IQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ball IQ and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Ball IQ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
