• Operate the games, save your progress, and power leaderboards and friends features;
• Maintain account security and prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse;
• Understand how the games are used so we can improve them;
• Respond to your support requests and other communications.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run Ball IQ (for example, authentication, hosting, and analytics providers), and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and our service.

Public elements such as your username, badges, and leaderboard ranking may be visible to other players.

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as your light/dark theme, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Ball IQ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
