- Gameplay data. Scores, picks, game history, badges, and leaderboard rankings tied to your account or guest session.
- Usage and device data. Basic analytics such as pages visited, approximate location, browser type, and device information, collected to keep the games running and to improve them.

- Operate the games, save your progress, and power leaderboards and friends features;
- Maintain account security and prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse;
- Understand how the games are used so we can improve them;
- Respond to your support requests and other communications.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run Ball IQ (for example, authentication, hosting, and analytics providers), and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and our service.
Public elements such as your username, badges, and leaderboard ranking may be visible to other players.
